A bright new gallery beside the sea in Petone. Alfred Memelink, well-known Wellington watercolour artist, has realised a dream with this waterfront gallery and studio, looking out to the harbour entrance.

The purpose-built Alfred Memelink Artspace located on the Eastern side of the Petone Esplanade, is more than just a gallery and aimed at supporting the local art community.

Artspace focuses on original art of the Wellington region presented by over 40 local artists. Enjoy the ambiance and light whilst viewing the diverse selection of Paintings Sculpture, Ceramics, Jewellery Art, Woodcrafts, Photography, Books, Gifts, then enjoy an ice cream or coffee with views to die for. Don't miss a visit.

Artspace has a constantly changing series of exhibitions, and it also runs art classes.
